IC's or Cob building in NJ???

Hi everyone,

Just curious to know if there are IC's in NJ. Also, I'm considering building a cob house on my mother's property, also in NJ. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    GO for it MwT. The nice thing about Cob is that if you don't like the result, its just dirt....Pull the roof and a couple of good rainstorms and you've got a garden space. Cob is messy, slow, labor intensive, and one hell of a lot of fun if you've got friends to help you.
