Published author, licensed practitioner (ANMA), biochemist, and internationally recognized orthomolecular neurochemical rehabilitation specialist who specializes in holistic detoxification, corrective brain chemistry, and restorative biorepair from alcohol and pushed / prescribed drugs is seeking a luxury Villa or EcoVilla (9 bedrooms +) in Costa Rica to open an upscale BioSpa & Clinic which will be marketed to the celebrity and “privileged” (high functioning) markets. I have a lucrative business plan, world class team, investors and the connections to fill the beds- now all I need is a partner (33.333%) to provide the Villa. In addition to the 1/3 partnership quarterly payout, 3,000.00 monthly will be paid to the owner per patient, of which the property manager that arranges a meeting between me and their client that ends in the partnership I’m looking for will receive their percentage that they usually would for renting it. Our business plan provides for 14 patients max so at full capacity (your) percentage would be based on 42,000 monthly. Per our business plan, one third of net at full capacity for our prospective partner is 84,000.00 monthly. Total potential monthly income for our prospective partner would be 84,000.00 plus the remaining percentage of 42,000 after paying out to property manager that arranges our meeting. (unless the property owner contacts me directly).
Not only is this a lucrative proposition but an exciting business to be attached to. In addition to world-class holistic medical services such as targeted nutritional therapy (TNT), Orthomolecular Neurochemical Rehabilitation (ONR) – (both based on state of the art brain chemistry, methylation, krebs and other laboratory testing), we will be offering Live Blood Cell analysis, Dark Field Microscopy, IV (intravenous) clinical nutritional therapy, Dark Field Image cell analysis, Infrared Sauna, CES (Cranial Electrical Stimulation), acupuncture, chiropractic, colonics, lymph drainage massage, yoga, gym/fitness programs, meditation and Integral Recovery functional therapy.
We are also considering providing standard Spa services to eco-tourists and locals if we can do it without infringing on the privacy of our guests/patients. This would add to the quarterly payout.
I will be in Costa Rica from 12/26/08 to 01/07/09. I have a powerpoint presentation on the BioSpa & Clinic, our world-class team of experts, the Green / Sustainable Eco-Business Plan for the Green Health Care we provide (our business, grounds-keeping, and operations are “Green” certifiable) and an executive summary I would like to present to interested Villa owners and their property managers (if applicable).
