Sunday, June 21, 2009 The Organic Freedom Farm welcomes you for fun in
the sun at our humble homestead! Summer Solstice is just under two weeks
shy of the 2009 Rainbow Regional Gathering.
The Organic Freedom Farm is located in the awesome Painted Desert of AZ
right along the way, and just off the 40; a half days drive from the event. Stay
all day, or stay all week!
The Organic Freedom Farm is a 2.5 acre Perma-Culture Intentional
Community in the making. This event will take place in the height of sowing
for the coming monsoons in July. If you have never dry farmed or are not
familiar with Perma-Culture farming...Now is your chance to learn. If you are
an expert...Then even better, we can all prosper from you wisdom!
This is a fund raising event for the farm, and we request a donation of $5.00
per day per person (excluding children under 12) Bring all your own gear and
provisions for a primitive camping trip (including food and water).
Learn to bake homemade bread in an earth oven
Learn to ferment, preserve, and dehydrate foods
Learn to make raw goat milk farmers cheese and raw goat milk yogurt
Possibility of a Cob building project (Based on turn-out)
The Organic Freedom Farm is currently seeking long term residents. This is
your opportunity to meet current residents and learn more about the Freedom
Farm family.
Bring your drum, bring your flute, bring your guitar, but most of all bring your
love for the Mother!
