Another house in my community.

Awhile back, I posted a link to a virtual tour of a house that our neighbor Katie left to our community when she died. It was one of two houses that she owned and I said that I'd post a link to photos of the second house when I had the time to get them up and posted. I'm still missing a couple of photos of the kitchen interior and front porch, but most of the photos are up and available at www.flickr.com/photos/rad...4926688295/

Katie asked that we sell the house to a young person at a reasonable price and terms. We have defined "young" as being under 40.

Our community is organized as a co-op and consists of about 100 households on 319 acres of woods and swamps in North Florida near Tallahassee. We've been around since the early 1970's. It's a pretty wonderful place to life.

The first house is in the midst of closing. This one is still available. It's much smaller and consists of two buildings; a wood frame one bedroom cottage and a concrete block building that originally was built as a wheelchair factory and is now being used as a community gym.
