communities conference

Their is a communities conference coming up in August. I'm down here in Florida (it's taking place at Twin Oaks Intent. comm.)
Anyone going? Seems to me that if we all just sit behing our computers- nothing's going to change. The cares of the world are ours.

    wish I could go, but can't afford the travel, or the time off - at least not this year.

    err, I thought I was changing the world by living in an intentional community ....and teaching the occasional course on how people might have a higher quality of life if they lived in a group .... and using my computer ....
